Thank you to all the students that decorated and brought in gourds! You all did an amazing job and it has been so much fun to see your creations in our classroom.
The PTA came in on Friday and judged the gourds in our room.

Fall Fun Day - Reminder!
Hi 4th Grade and Families:
Reminder - Tomorrow - 10/30 is Fall Fun Day at Stevens. Students should dress appropriately. We will spend a part of the day playing games outside and we will go on a Hay Ride!
There is no HOMEWORK CHALLENGE tonight. Watch for it next week.
Tomorrow is the end of the first marking period.
Watch for parent/teacher confirmation letters next week.

AR Reminder
Hi Students and Familes,
The first 9 weeks ends this Friday, 10/30.
Many of the students have made their AR goal. Today I reminded some of the students about how close they are to their goal. These students, particularly, need to be focused on their reading and taking at least 2 AR tests this week.

Remember your homework tonight is to complete S.L. 3.7 and to talk with your families about your personal Time Line. Have your families brainstorm events from your life that you can include on the Time Line. Also, if you are going to bring in pictures to put on your Time Line, make sure you check with your family first.

When you write your sentence, use a capital letter at the beginning and punctuation at the end. Sign your name on the paper and hand it in to Mrs. Kuzio in the morning.
