4th Grade Poets Map their Hearts

The poets in our classroom (and that includes every student and teacher!) have discovered that poetry hides in their hearts.  Today and tomorrow these poets are "mapping" their hearts.  This means that all the ideas, people, places, things and events that are special and important to them in some way could possibly be included on their Heart Map.

!WOW! !GAME DAY! !WOW!

A fun afternoon all around the building.  The January !WOW! Event was a classroom game day.  WOW Events are earned.  Students may participate if they are serious about their education and have treated others they way they want to be treated.  If a student earns a LEVEL II Behavior Report they may NOT participate.  Congratulations to all students who earned the right to attend the Event!  It was FUN!!
