Getting Ready for Back to School!

Hello 4th Graders and Families!

We've been busy over the past several weeks getting our classroom ready for the first weeks of school.

This year there will be 3 teachers in Room 229.  If you would like to meet all of us before the first day of school please come by at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 25th.  This is the evening of Stevens' Open House/Back to School Night.  You can come and see your new classroom and Mr. Felix has promised to do some grillin' !

We look forward to meeting many of you that evening!

Let me introduce you to some 4th Grade Writers who are not slowing down at the end of the year! They are still doing their BEST thinking and writing everyday!

In Writers Workshop these writers are working on a piece called:

 "Let Me Introduce Myself."

It is a narrative piece.  We've discovered this year that if the writing is interesting and important to the writer then the piece just flows on to the paper!
